Purpose

The ISS Development team has a proven track record of delivering high quality products to our customer base. We are looking for a motivated, skilled, quality minded, and detail oriented individual to join our Riga, Latvia team. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:

• Moderating and monitoring web pages content.
• Responding to large number of emails.
• Solving customer issues online.
• Checking/processing customer data.

Skills Required / Candidate Profile

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good spoken English (Russian would be an advantage).
• Good to Excellent WRITTEN English (Grammar, Vocabulary, Style).
• Strong concentration skills and reliable memory.
• Logical and structured writing skills.
• Fast and flexible thinking.
• PC and Internet literacy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be helpful.
